2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat For Sale
This 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat has been built well past the usual pulley-and-tune formula, with supporting hardware across airflow, fuel delivery, cooling, and the supercharger drive. The work was done and tuned by Mike at OSTdyno. The car is finished in red with the factory satin black hood, and it wears a custom wrap described by the consignor as a one-off design, with Hellcat graphics on the rear quarters done in reflective paint with raised accents and a red accent outlining the taillight panel. It shows 27,000 miles.
The supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI carries a factory rating of 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft. Airflow was addressed with a JLT cold air intake, a VMP 105mm throttle body, and a F.A.S. ported supercharger snout. On the drive side, a B.W.P. belt wrap kit and an Innovators West 9 percent overdrive balancer spin the blower harder than stock even with the factory pulley in place, and the crank has been dual pinned, which is the accepted insurance on these engines once the balancer is asked to do more than it left the factory doing. Fuel comes from Injector Dynamics 1300x injectors and an HHP dual pump system, cooling is helped by a Mishimoto 180 degree thermostat, and a JLT oil catch can keeps the intake tract clean. Exhaust is a catless mid pipe feeding an AWE Track Edition cat-back. Note that the catless mid pipe makes this car unsuitable for emissions inspection in counties that require it.
The car previously ran a 3.10/2.85 supercharger pulley setup and is said to have made 750 wheel horsepower on 93 octane and 840 on E85 in that configuration. That pulley does not convey with the sale. The car is currently on the stock supercharger pulley, and the OSTdyno tune is calibrated for 93 octane as it sits.
The eight-speed automatic sends power back through a D.S.S. one-piece carbon fiber driveshaft. Braking is the factory Brembo system with slotted rotors and red calipers, and the car sits on 20-inch Ferrada CM2 wheels wrapped in Nitto tires sized 275/40 front and 315/35 rear, a staggered setup that puts more rubber under the axle doing the work.
Inside, the cabin is Ruby Red and Black with the Hellcat performance seats in Nappa leather and Alcantara suede with embroidered SRT logos, carbon fiber trim through the console and dash, heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, the Uconnect touchscreen with navigation and SRT Performance Pages, a power sunroof, and the Harman Kardon premium audio system with subwoofer in the trunk.
