Power comes from the 3.8-liter SFI V6 backed by a 4-speed automatic transmission, an upgrade over the standard 5-speed manual on this build. The factory setup includes power rack-and-pinion steering, a short/long-arm rear suspension with monotube gas-filled shocks, and front/rear stabilizer bars, giving the car the balanced, comfort-oriented ride the fourth-generation Firebird convertible was built around.
