The SSR was unlike anything General Motors had ever produced and took the automotive world by storm. The retro styling, V8 engine, and practicality of an albeit small pick up style bed, made for a popular and unique combination. The SSRs are truly a blast to drive. The proven Chevrolet 5.3l V8 produces a true seat of the pants 300hp. Of the 10,676 units made in '04, only 1227 were sprayed in beautiful, one year only, Ultra Violet. Over the course of twenty two years, a meager 47k miles are all that have been driven. A new battery was just installed and clean Carfax is on file.
