Teslas ability to monetize just about anything under the sun is back in the news. As if flamethrowers, tequilas, and branded hats arent enough, the Tesla is now offering a Plaid Mode t-shirt to commemorate the arrival of the new range-topping version of the Model S. The shirt, which is literally available in Teslas online shop was designed to, according to the company, celebrate Teslas incredible performance mode. Its made from 100% cotton, and, apparently, its also the next best thing to riding shotgun at the Nurburgring. The Tesla Plaid Mode t-shirt is available for $35 at sizes ranging from XS to XXL. At this point, if you havent bought one yet, we dont know what youre waiting for.
