The Jeep Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid is one of the best selling plug-in hybrids, but we've been wondering when a Gladiator plug-in hybrid is going to arrive. Well Jeep has announced that the Gladiator 4xe will arrive next year. Jeep's CEO Antonio Filosa made the announcement on LinkedIn, but he stopped short of providing any other details. It's expected that the Gladiator 4xe will be powered by the same plug-in hybrid powertrain as the Wrangler 4xe. The Wrangler 4xe is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor to generate a combined 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque.
