BRITAIN ON THE GREENThe Capital Triumph Register is proud to announce that the 26th annual Britain on the Green BOG will be held at historic Gunston Hall, the colonial home of George Mason, in Lorton, VA, on Sunday, April 28, 2024. BOG, which welcomes all British cars and motorcycles. Britain on the Green is well-established as one of the premier all-British shows in the metropolitan DC area. Participants Choice honors will be awarded in 25 or more classes of British cars and motorcycles. There will also be a number of special awards including Best Resto-Mod, Best Survivor, Best Display and, of course, Best of Show. So please plan on joining us on April 28th for the 26th annual Britain on the Green. BELLTOWN ANTIQUE CAR CLUB'S 49TH ANNUAL ANTIQUE ENGINE & TRACTOR SHOWOn display will be an interesting assortment of antique stationary engines, as well as working scale reproductions, of the types that once powered early farm equipment, sawmills, lathes and even washing machines. Vintage farm tractors will also be exhibited, many of which have been lovingly restored. You are sure to enjoy seeing and hearing examples of these remarkable engines and old tractors being demonstrated throughout the day.Judging begins at noon and trophies will be awarded at 3 p.m.Also included in the show is a flea market with vendors offering antique engine, tractor and vehicle parts, used power equipment for home/farm use, tools, ONLY Food will be available on the premises, provided by the East Hampton Lions Club as part of their community fund raising efforts.
