Over the course of a week, Chip, with the guidance of the insider and the help of a build team (which Lucky from HOT ROD Garage used to be a part of), transform the dream into a reality by building a completed one-off car for the owner, whos none the wiser. Its up to Chris and AJ to make the pranks and show hosting happen and lead their target on long enough for the build to be completed. In the end, the curtain is pulled back, the prank is revealed, and the car is unveiled with gratuitous tears of joy and hugging.
